MTN HORRID SERVICE

They have suspended my service due an outstanding amount which I have paid in Sept 2022.

Attached is all the evidence pertaining to the problem

Please see below a breakdown of events.

My contract was due for an ungraded in July , and in the call it was not explained that the first month woud be prorated. I confirmed with the customer care agen t that the amount would be 449.00 as per the data plan advertised.

I reversed a payment of 811.10 which was not explained initially when I upgraded my contract, after clarity was provided, I made an eft payment and forgot to use the correct ref number ( cell number )

Proof of payment was send via Facebook on 01.09.22@13:27 , attached proof of Facebook.

My account was suspended on 14.09.22 and after calling the call centre , I emailed proof of payment through again to Mbali Zuke ( Attached email named Mbali Zuke ) at 14.09.22@19:43

I received and email on 15.09.55 @11:55 confirm the matter has been attended too. ( attached email 15.09.22)

Via Facebook this matter was escalated on 15.09.22 @10:09 ( MTN 2)

My bank account was debited again on 17.09.22 for 811.10 which I reversed and send an email to MTN ( RE: FW: Proof of payment A***) Escalated via Facebook again on 17.09.22 @16;43(MTN 3)

Raised a query on why my account was debited for 1200.00 when it should have been for 449.00 . I reversed the amount and paid the 449.00 on 01.10.22.

Emailed proof for the 449.00 and 811.10 to customer service / call centre 03.10.22 at 08:25( POP MTN)

Received confirmation that both payments are reflecting on the system on 07.10.22 @10:18. (RE FW MTN Statement Tax Invoice 1756) My issue is that for what ever reason the allocation does not seem to appear anywhere on my account and my service is continuously suspended. Service was suspended again today 18.10.22 and was told this was due to the payment of 811.10. Invoice and statement received does not show any outstanding amount of 811.10 ( MTN Invoice and MTN Statement )
