MTN HORRIBLE TREATMENT

I always have a problem with this company. 2 or 3 months ago they failed to debit my account, there wasnt even an attempt to debit. I Called them the same day they said that my account is not in arrears and they will process a manual debit, which they took a month later! i recently got my credit report and guess what? a missed a payment from MTN when it was THEIR fault. I am so sick of MTN and i want to cancel the last product i have with them
