MTN: horrible service provider

I called into the Mtn call centre in regards to my data bundles. I explained that I bought 1G of data on 20/05/16 but on 22/05/16 I had 500mb left and don't understand how because during the day when I am at work I use wifi so my cellular data is only on from 4pm until 8am not forgetting that I still have the free bundles to use between 00:00-5am. During the week before 20/05 I called to be assisted on how to save data by a data support consultant. The guy who was assisting me today emailed me forms to fill so I can get an itemized billing statement that I will have to email to their ***** department. I then spoke to a team leader who further explained that there is a charge of R50 payable for the statement and chances are I may not receive the itemized billing unless I provide something like an authority letter from the police station and I don't mind doing that. I am disputing the R50 charge if I won't be getting the statement and I also don't expect to have to dispute that statement again when I get it. Meaning they should not provide me with the statement if they are pretty much aware that they should be refunding me. I want that statement if it explains everything and I won't have to contact them to dispute the statement.
Consultant: Mongezi Macozoma
Manager: Lebogang Matladi
Branch: Polokwane Bendor
Call ref: ***
***** line:***
