MTN - HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have 2 contracts with MTN and am under debt review. Attempted to upgrade one of my lines today and was told it declined because I am under debt review. Last year I upgraded the other line with no problems. The line that I was trying to upgrade was within the price of the old package so I don't understand why I'm being declined, I'm not taking out higher credit. Mtn really needs to relook this decision
