MTN Horrible service because there isnt even service

People always said NEVEeR to go to MTN, but I didnt listen.

I have sent numerous emails, with no response, no one is assisting me at this stage? They cant help me instore and I do not have an MTN number - just the wifi that I'm desperately been trying to stop for the past 2 months. They keep on deducting ???

I keep on getting reference numbers - but for what, I cant even use them cause no one is assiting me.

I just need to speak to someone, its really not that hard.
