MTN horrible service.

MTN has probably the worst service delivery in this country, i recently purchased a router on the 7th of march, but couldnt receive it due to my ID not being available at that time, 3 weeks later i receive my ID and call MTN to deliver my router since then till now nothing.

They wanted proof of payment ID numbers proof of account and all that, which i did give them today is the 7th of may i haven't got my router. No reference number no calls to confirm if im getting my router

The worst part about it is that their "service champions" take me to other "service champions" who take me to other "service champions"
