MTN horrible service

Worst customer experience, i got a router and cancelled it within the 5 day cooling of period, i have been struggling for months to get it closed, now my ITC is affected, but still no help i have called been sent from pillar to post. No one can assist to do a simple task of closing my account, and as a customer im just ignored.
