MTN horrible service

Hello I app**** for a contract with MTN on the 11th December 2021 was approved still waiting for the cell phone I phone almost everyday to find out where is the phone I'm going to end up paying for a phone I don't have I'm so fustrated I used over R500 airtime phoning DSV Roads and MTN I need answer from Mtn regarding the contract that was approve but no phone
