MTN - HORRIBLE SERVICE

MTN - the worse service ever, I've been a customer of MTN for close to 20 years or more, never in my life have I received such pathetic service, especially from MTN. I received my home Wi-Fi router after numerous hassles on 15 Nov, was promised that it would be activated within 24 hrs. guess what! still not activated, I've called so many numbers was sent from pillar to post, and finally got the correct number, just to find out the delivery was not closed, a number was not allocated to the router so it cannot be activated yet, and on top of that the call centre agent Snakho said I must what another 24HRS for the line to be activated.

IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE MTN!!!!
