MTN horrible service.

MTN these days have the worst service ever. Every month I have to phone them with one or other problem on the account. And when transferred the line either gets dropped or you hold on for someone to answer forever. Even the website these days is more a pain than a pleasure. I once promoted this service due to the excellent service I received. Sadly these days I can not say the same anymore. Seriously considering changing networks.
