MTN horrible service

A got a data only sim. The sales consultant **** to me and said it’s only available on a 36 month term and I had requested a 12 month term. I had minutes which I bought prior and I forfeited them which I was never informed. Then I was given an out of bundle usage when I said I don’t want it. I was under the impression that I’m using my minutes just to find out when I got a bill that it was out of bundle. I don’t understand how a data only contract has a voice out of bundle usage.

When I call their customer care. No one is willing to solve my query
