MTN horrible service

I took out a month to month airtime AND data contract. Cancelled it and this year found out it wasn't closed and I was owing an amount listed on my itc. I hounded them for several months send me payment details. Finally got them 2 months ago and paid the amount. Two months later their legal dept hasn't responded or updated as paid! I am still listed as owing them on itc. Their legal dept does not have a phone number. Their own customer service does not know how to reach them. Basically no one is willing to help at MTN
