MTN horrible service

Took out a MTN internet CONTRACT, which was done by another contract provider for them. In the 4 months I had the WiFi active it was not working half of the time. After logging service calls and getting confirmation that it is faulty I ended up buying extra data due to the wifi not working. I sent all of this proof to them and now they still hold me liable for the contract....which they cannot provide me the contract call or resolve the problem. Sad to see that service providers can breech contract but when you stop paying they want to list you as a bad payer.
