Mtn horrible service!

I've had numerous months of issues with MTN I have two numbers with them. The keep blocking my number that is suppose to be active and they fail to resolve a ***** matter I've been paying my other number and I'm now really sick of the service I'm receiving

After reporting ***** on *** in November I've had issues with then resolving the matter My business line now gets blocked although I am playing it.

No one ever gets back to me after all the nessecary documents have been sent through A lady by the name Barbara Mohlongo was assisting me and at first she was helpful but now it's not the case

I want my number unblocked and I also need feedback on the reported ***** matter. have been playing the number that was suppose to stay active and proof of this was forwarded

Is there anyone in this company that gives a damn about there Clients?
