MTN HORRIBLE NETWORD SERVICE PROVIDER

Last year I had paid to settle & close my MTN contract before end of contract. To my surprise this year I apply for a car and my application gets declined due to me owing MTN about 8000 which I know nothing about.

What is worse I spoke to a rude agent when I called MTN to find out what is happening Nompumelelo Nyawo which she could not explain what is happening with my account.

I then spoke to a MANAGEr by the name of Sibonelo Gumede and confirmed he has no information regarding my account and will escalate to lega and get back to me.

I have not received any feedback at the same time I am not able to continue with my application for a car.

I have never received a call nor an email that I owe MTN and it is sad that I get to find out about such when I try to apply for credit elsewhere.

I need MTN to attend to my problem ASAP!!!
