MTN horrible customer service

I attempted to apply online for a contract and was contacted by Hagashni Naidoo who started the process. I was told to email documents but received no further communication from this Lady. I then attempted to call the call centre to find out how far along the process was and was then given the runaround being transferred to multiple different departments each as clueless as the next as to how to help me. I then proceeded to enter a physical stor and apply to which i was told they could not cancel the previous order hagashni naidoo had created and that it was on me to cancel the application which nobody called me about to follow up.
