MTN- horrible customer service

Such a negative experience. Today we tried opening a new account, the service was truly poor. Tried to hand in a phone (still under contract and warrantee) today as screen just wwnt black over the weekend. They refused to even book the phone in for repairs. I am so glad I moved to another network 2 years ago and today my family also moved away from MTN. Such a disappointment! MTN also stole money from my account in the past and I never hot it back.
