MTN horrible and disgusting service

MTN is horrible. The company put profits first before customers. Yesterday, I canceled my expired 24-month MTN uncapped wifi that was on a month to month basis. Today, they switched off my data that was loaded on 17 October and the monthly debit is going off tomorrow for service not rendered. The company is going against its terms and conditions because of greed and profiteering.
