Mtn ********** service but still no refund

After phoning several times, logging queries for my refund and mailing my banking detail on a letterhead from my bank as confirmation...still Mtn just..well DOES NOTHING ! *****ing money is what they are good at..but honest service..no way ! As mentioned I have mailed my banking details on a letterhead from my bank to Pearl Ndobe several occasions. Needless to say...this has not been actioned. I have spoken to so many people and managers to no avail. Ntombi, Lerise Pillay, Pearl Ndobe.. manager Mervin Pillay.. after 3 weeks you still did not phone back as promised by Lerise Pillay.! Pearl Ndobe has not responded to any of the mails...in fact , last time I phoned ( 11.11.2016).... manager Mohlake said he can see that Ive mailed Pearl..but apparently the attachment could not be opened...and it was left at that.! That after Ive mailed Pearl several times..yet no response from her !! Ive mailed Pearl ÀGAIN 11.11.2016... WITH ALL THE ATTACHMENTS. This must have been the 25th mail... but to no avail. Just to quote some of the ticket numbers given my Mtn 1) ********** 37 2) ********** 3)743819 4) ********** 062 Funny how they are super fast in phoning for their money due...however..if it comes to refunding they have nothing but stupid excuses for not being able to refund their clients. This is not only pathetic but also dishonest and a bunch of ******. Extremely disappointed and will never ever consider taking any contract with them ever again. Mtn has no legit excuse as I have given them more than enough confirmation of the banking details. It has been confirmed on a letterhead directly from our banker, explaining all information that needed to be explained. So...is Mtn holding back clients refund in order to draw the interest on it for their own gain?
