MTN HORIFFIC SERVICE

I am extremely angry with the service i have had to deal with the past few weeks with the ****** *********** Mtn so called champions! I had called the Mtn call centre i think 2 weeks back in relation with my number/device being hacked and I had a lady called mimi who managed to help and log and incident, and gave me an incident number which I was supposed to call after 24 hours to follow up on and that's where the problem started. I have been taken from 1 department to another by *********** and clueless Mtn call centre agents namely ntokozo, Xolani and Itumeleng who have absolutely no Flippin idea what they are supposed to do as "call centre agents". Their tech department had sent a respond on the incident that was raised that my matter should be escalated to the Mtn ***** department which has not been done or can't be traced yet. I have absolutely no idea why this matter has not been resolved since it's a life threatening matter which I think the Mtn department does not understand. Ntokozo and Xolani had told me that I need to call ***** line myself which I did and they told me that they only liaise directly with Mtn employees which they have to send an email to the ***** line. I then spoke to Itumeleng who told me that he needs to get a go ahead from his superviser Zandile thabede so that he can escalate my matter to the ***** department. I asked for mtn's head office number which he did not know as an employee of Mtn. I have been taken from pillar to post by this damn network and I have had enough. My phone has been hacked and all my personal data like id number and account numbers are exposed and the same ****ty network that I'm being contacted on is not willing to help. I am tired of this nonsense since there is no sense of urgency as this is a matter of life and death and I'm going to make sure that this matter is taken seriously. I'm horrified of the level of ignorance in this matter and I believe this is a result of all this gender based violence in this country because whenever we try to reach out for help, we are being ignored by those who have the power and resources to help us stop this. Something has to happen to me first in order for you to react on this matter?
