MTN home wifi service

MTN home wifi service is pathetic. You get charged for late payment and still get no internet service. I'm so disappointed. The call centre or customer is sometimes unreachable, the 135 doesn't give you prompt otions to speak to a champion unless you select if you wanna report a *****.
