Mtn ***** home wifi router double deductions

Hello, I subscribed with Mtn for a month to month home wifi for R269, I app**** on line and on my subscription was told to pay R407 which will cover the month of August and days left for July which I did then on the 24th of July they deduct onother R407 I called customer service gave them time to fix it as I was still waiting on the 4th of August they deduct onother R209 in total R1023 then I reversed the R407 of thr 24th as I was not getting any feedback they decided to suspend my account, closed network I sent so many emails with proof of bank statement and screenshots, called customer service several times and I'm using airtime been transfered here and there given different numbers but still no help as of this moment I'm about to make onother payment of R407 because I urgently need wifi may you please assist me to expose Mtn ***** as to where and who took that R407 I paid on the 16th of July as my bank statement proves its Mtn and their finance department can't track it I won't let this go until Mtn is accountable for this issue and refund it. I'm very much disappointed to their service and ignorance.
