Mtn home wifi - no connection

I'm writing this to express my frustration with how mtn is taking advantage to its customers, from the 1st of July mtn decided to move my home wifi to another plan for a better connectivity but it has been worse and when I try to contact them on the customer care line, they are unreachable. I even sent them an email which they promised to assist within 48hours, to this day nothing has changed yet the debited their money with no problem and all I'm left with is a " No Connection " error.
