MTN HOME WIFI ****!!!!

I have a home wifi month-to-month deal with this Network Provider. My payments are always due on the 4th of each month. My internet was cancelled before the debit order date. When I called their call center, and spoke to multiple agents...I still did not get an answer. I was promised a call back. Finally, after 3 days of no internet and being debited on the 4th, I am told the internet will only be restored in May. They want me to pay for the month of May in April.

I am now cancelling this ******* service. Their self-help application and call center are pretty useless and if I could rate the service a ZERO, i would.
