MTN Home Wifi application horrible experience!

What a horrific experience trying to apply for the Home WIFI.

I app**** online.

A gentleman called Sipesihle called to confirm my details and had random questions to ask. He was not so pleasant to deal with and non of details belong to me so I failed authentication. Not sure where you got the information from but non of the numbers and addresses belonged to me so I could not confirm that...duh.

I've been with MTN for so many years on my *** number and its disappointing that you would do this as you already have my information.

I guess i dodged a bullet...if my first transaction with you was this terrible.
