MTN home wifi

I phone MTN how many times regarding home wifi,app**** online like in 10 times,received one callback of which the phone was dropped in my ear.I drove 30 km to apply at Garden route Mtn in George.The lady said she will ask them to put me on the new systen and will call me the next day to come in.Five days later no call or feedback.I phoned Mtn Garden route on Friday 11 August 2023 of which the phone was dropped in my ear while i was talking to them.This is now 3 weeks going on.Online says they will deliver your router and sim in 3 days.They dont even answer their phones reply on email also non existing.Its absolute disgusting service Mtn.There is no other way to describe this.
