MTN home WiFi

On the 25 of September i app**** for a home WiFi from MTN of which they billed me the 5 remaining days of September and the full month of October,the lady who did the deal her name being Silindile Shembe hd promised that the router will be delivered by Tuesday the 30th latest and today is Wednesday the 1st of October and the router is still not delivered and mind you i waa billed for these days plus i told them it was unfair of them. Now Silindile is not answering my emails and no one is contacting me with regards to the delivery.
