MTN Home Wi-Fi

My home wifi hasn't been working since Friday 1st of September, I have been calling them since Monday to resolve the issue, only to learn that I was disconnected because of a late payment (27th), mind you when I took up the contract sales assistant advised that the 4th is my only option. After multiple calls on a daily basis they still can not get back to me, even after requesting a supervisor call me back...no follow up, no response...and just to make it fun they have already debited my account for the supposed "late payment" funny enough on the 5th not the suggested 27th or the advised 4th.
