MTN HOME ROUTER NO INTERNET

I bought a router from MTN on the 16th of July 2024. But only received last week Monday the router hasn’t been working they telling me about an open order due to technical issues but no straight explanation of what is happening. I have been calling for a week now without any assistance I have went to 2 different branches still no assistance they are telling me about a matter that has been escalated but it seems like no one is able to assist me. I work from home I need the internet especially if I have paid upfront for the services that I am not receiving and worse they keep telling me tomorrow. I am just displeased with their service
