MTN home router Nightmare

My router got delivered on Saturday, up until today I can't use my router. The connection is terrible ! When I called customer service they reset my line and asked me to switch off my router for 15 minutes. The second time I called on a other day, they told that the tower is down in my area. Are you telling me that the tower in my area is still down, until today??

I tried to cancel my contract and the agent gave a lousy explanation telling me that my balance doesn't allow me to cancel. This is sooo frustrating.
