MTN home router

Bought a home router online direct with MTN last year November and only used it for a month and took it the nearest store which is MTN store at Columbine Square in December.Till today I still haven't got it back since it was taken for checks with their technical department and and they are debiting their monthly subscription every month for the service I am not using.I tried contacting their customer care and asked to contact Mondo and they told me that MTN should be the one that need to assist me and there's no one at MTN who wants to assist me and I am frustrated with their services.MTN's service towards their customers is very terrible and awful,infact their sevice is bull**** and I would not recommend it to anyone else.
