use of ur mtn app to upgrade is actually mtn getting rid of u for customer care complaints. I upgraded on my mtn app and now when I phone mtn they put me thru to mondo who in turn puts me thru to rewards co. all of them saying my contract is not wd mtn. but mtn taking the money out of my account. but won't assist when it comes to complaints and queries. I'm pretty disgusted. I've been an mtn customer for many years now. I thinks its time to move another network. as soon as this is sorted out. its going to be bye bye mtn.
