MTN HOME INTERNET PACKAGE ONLINE DEALS WITH MAKRO VOUCHER

On 28th of November 2023 I signed up for a Home Internet package online with the following link https://www.mtn.co.za/home/home-wifi that came with 12 months Disney subscription for free and a R1000 makro voucher that is clearly stating "with the contract". I received the router and simcard on the 30th of November, it was activated and is working perfectly. I received the Disney subscription via sms and I activated it. Up to know after numerous calls to different nos and emails I did not receive my Makro R1000 voucher. I spend hours on the phone try to be served without success, everytime I am put through to a different department or are given a different no to call NO ONE COULD ASSISTED ME. I am so frustrated. I am being send from pillar to post, phoned different departments and nos no one could assist me to obtain my voucher. I am really not happy with the way MTN is doing business as the contract is clearly stating online free to use router plus R1000 makro voucher plus 12 months disney premium on us". So why my Disney subscription was received but not my Makro voucher and they must not come with stories as it dont say on the online link limited stock available or the 1st 500 customers then it will be false information. I am reading through the reviews and noticed that other customers have the same issues that also took online contracts with vouchers from take a lot or makro. Not sure how we can sort this, maybe go to the consumer commission and also report them to ICASA as this is not fair towards customers.
