MTN Home Internet is a ****

I bought a MTN Home Internet at the Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg over the weekend. Its been a couple of days past now and the Sim Card has not been Rica'd and I was made to pay in advance for the router and the data.

When I go back to the store I get told to keep waiting for another 24 hours as there is nothing they can do, when I call their call centre they tell me to take the router back to the store.

The customer service has been really terrible as even the call centre keeps transferring me from one person to the next without anyone able to help.
