MTN Home Internet Delivery Nightmare
No delivery of LTE Router after several follow up calls.

CourierIT's biometric machine was faulty and they took the router with them. Told me to contact MTN for manual approval. I did, but then a new sales consultant re-did the LTE contract.
Then the package was sent again for delivery on 20 January, the courier company sent a whatsap. I waited all day for the delivery. Eventually called CourietIT on 23 January and was told to contact MTN for manual approval again. Spoke to Atenkosi on the the 23rd, she was going to escalate and provide the approval. I was going to get my package in 24h-48h. Now almost a week later, 29 January 2026, with no MTN package, Lettuce at CourerIT tells me they are still waiting on MTN's approval. I call MTN, spoke to Nakita who did not help, she blindly transferred me to Jabulile, and he once again aksed verification questions and said he was going to escalate approval and I should get my package within 24h-48h. What is going on MTN? Am I ever going to get the LTE internet sim card and router or should I just cancel?
