MTN Home Internet

i have requested usage stats from mtn on my home wifi package almost 2 weeks ago and still no response, not sure if other users experience the fair usage allowance being used up in less time then expected... i work 6 days a week and only use it evenings and weekends and so far i have used half my fair usage from the 1st to10th as per sms, i stand to be corrected as i may not have a proper idea of how much i am actually using...MTN i would appreciate a response and some clarity or will this go unanswered as well, and can i cancel 2-3 weeks before the debit order goes off
