MTN HOME INTERNET

I have a home wifi month to month. At first the wifi worked well until recently. On the 14th August I received an sms that states I used up 100 GB and will therefore throttle my speed from 10mbps to 0,5mbps😡. I checked on their app and my usage was about 40GB. I requested for a report to show why I'm short changed so much. Instead they refused and said I will get it month end. How stupid!. I'm sitting with less than 0,3mbps speed when I fully paid just because MTN thinks I'm stupid. I'm returning their router and canceling the contract. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NONSENSE.
