MTN Home Internet

A lady from Customer service called me regarding my upgrading my home internet to a higher speed. I told her I can't afford the upgrade. Once we finished on a call she went ahead and upgraded without my concern. MTN tried to deduct from my account R750 for the upgrade that I dint authorize. This is disgusting I managed to reverse the debit order.
