MTN Home Bundle - Terrible Service

I was on a 36-month contract with MTN for a Home Internet Bundle. My contract came to an end and I am however asked to pay penalties of +R3,000. Just when the contract came to an end, I was made aware that I my contract is now prepaid, and another communication saying I am now on a month to month term. Absolutely terrible service, and I will fight this battle. I called the consultants numerous times requesting for their collections department, yet no help.
