MTN HOME

The only thing easy about MTN was taking the package.

Anything after that was downright disgusting.

1. I was promised a gift voucher from Takealot and was instead given a voucher from Disney which really I had no interest in. When I queried that I was told that they would listen to the call the sales agent done and till today I have been given the run around. 2. Same agent did not tell me about a billing discrepancy again, I still have not gotten feedback. 3. I want to cancel the package, AGAIN I was given the run around with customer service. I finally decide to write an email saying I would like to cancel my package I just need to pay my outstanding balance, which is okay.

Now I am being told I have to pay R2500 Which again I was not told about when I took the stupid package in the first place I was told that I need to give one months notice and return the router to the nearest MTN. When I asked where is that in the terms and conditions the agent became rude. I am tired of the run around. Its annoying!
