MTN holding for me

This morning I phone MTN call centre, to log a network fault where both my wife's and my phone calls drop every 30 seconds, us redialing, and the same happens again.

I explained the situation to the lady, unfortunatelly did not catch her name, logging the fault, and the call drops. Or so I thought...

Next moment a neighbour came chatting, me leaving my phone in the car. After the 5 minute conversation with the neighbour, back in the car.... I hear hello.....hello...For 5 minutes the agent kept holding for me, still friendly and willing to help. Five stars for you lady ;-) Made my day
