MTN Hoedspruit AKA Incompetant & Useless

What a complete waste of shop and time! MTN Hoespruit, what a useless franchise! I paid my contract in full, as I am due for an upgrade, this cost me nearly R1000. 00, whereafter I requested to upgrade to the laptop package. Today marks 2 weeks, and my upgrade has not been processed yet, and the excuse of a so called MTN Champion that works there, just tells me she does not know the number of the MTN Upgrade department, so she cant help me???? What in the actual hell does that mean? How incompetant can you be? I WILL STOP ALL MY CONTRACTS (4) WITH MTN WITHOUT PAYING ANOTHER CENT! I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO A LESS USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER!!!
