MTN hires ***** stars led by Michelle Zulu [a sales consultant]

I received a call from MTN consultant by the name of Michelle Zulu since I m having a contract of 150gb of data a month which I took with MTN on November 2022 and I paying an amount of +/-R278/ month plus the router which was supp****, everything is well on that contract no complaints about it. On the 6th of December 2023 that MTN consultant phoned me and started to explain about the counter offer of R215 a month same package I already have for +/-R278..then I said to her, 'it sounds good let me go for it so that I will make some savings, on our conversation she asked me if I had an MTN number that I was using. I said, yes I do have besides the one which came with a router...then she asked, what your MTN number and I gave her my cell phone number as *** which is my personal cellphone number[pre paid]..and she never explained that she is linking this number to the offer she has been talking about. Fine, I explained to her that this is my cell phone number I don't want data/ contract to be linked to that one rather used the one from the router and I never mentioned it as she already seen it from the system, little did I know the she[devil] Michelle Zulu busy loading my cell phone number [***] on R215 gb of data for contract she was selling, I made it clear on record and I m glad that call was recorded as she mentioned at the beginning of the call, that I don't want her[Michelle Zulu] to use my cell phone for the contract rather use the one which came with my router in 2022 and I stated loud and clear that assist me to cancel the +/-R278 contract so that we arrange R215 contract. She said, ' I will help to give you the contact number to cancel and I asked her to do it on the system for me, she said...her system doesn't allow her rather take this number to call....I was excited I took the number after the end of the call. I called the number for two blessed day the number wants working. I can't recall the number but it on record as she said at the beginning of the call that [all our calls are recorded]. We did finalized our agreement and she said to me she would send my application to the verification/ supervisor to finalized everything. The following day/ a day after the guy called me to finalize/ verify my application....The moment the guy started to explain his reason for the call...I made it clear that we didn't finalize the application because Michelle Zulu MTN agent/consultant could help me to cancel the old contract of +/-R278 and even the number she provided me with is unreachable so I I wanted to cancel first so that I won't have double deduction from my bank account...he all of a sudden dropped the call....you know what because ...based on the law a cannot take a contract because of the cancellation of another [related] contract....FSP agents/consultants...know very well whether working under supervision or credited to sell FSP products...that's the reason he dropped the call ..that was insult to me. Worse the following day boom my *** is loaded with data....''MTN consultant together with her supervisor earned commission *****ulently...all the way to floor/ sales manager up their QA team.''....I have tried so many times through MTN nonsense help line numbers ...never had any assistance. Until MTN and it's ****ish Consultants and managers hired by all these recruiting agents having scrupulous contracts with MTN took money from my bank account on the 7th of Jan 2024. MTN *****s from the poor....one day is one day.
