MTN: Hire consultants who want to work.

Bought a contract with MTN and the sales consultant instead sold me data sim card for 20GB for R350 a month. I still havent migrated because the provided number is always unanswered. I have been calling into MTN contact center, but whenever I call a consultant would tell me I should hang up or give me not so helpful information. I then spoke to Sandiso Ndinisa, who was helpful and helped me with my quiery. *** was my reference number. Give that consultant a star on my behalf. MTN needs to hire consultants who are as friendly as he is.
