MTN Hillcrest Impossible Contract Transfer & Upgrade

It has taken me two months to attempt to transfer my contract into a business name and upgrade so far. The communication from the consultant has been non-existent. I am still battling to resolve this and there just seems to be no interest in getting it done. My wife asked for a price on adding a Samsung Gear Watch to her contract over a month ago with the same consultant and we are still waiting even though I have followed up twice. Are MTN consultants paid on a commission basis or salaried? I would have assumed they would want to make sales? I have been a loyal MTN customer for 20 odd years but this is seriously testing my resolve. MTN Hillcrest
