MTN HILLCREST /CHRISTIAN VILLAGE

Today I had the worst experience with Mtn Hillcrest , I went to Hillcrest corner where there’s an Mtn island/pop up , I asked the lady if they do phone contracts she said yes and I told her I’m gonna go inside the bank to get bank statement and come back, I came back 3 minutes later and she basically told she’s eating I must come back after 20 minutes, and I told her I can’t do that bcz I’m at work and this is quite far from where I’m coming from, then she told me there’s nothing she can do bcz she’s eating , i was so upset by her attitude and poor service, iam a customer, bringing you business and that’s how you treat me, she could’ve easily put her food aside and attended to me … she said her Name is Nokwanda, though I doubt that’s even her real name as she was not even wearing a name badge , then I went across the road to the other MTN at Christian village centre , and the guy there asked for my ID and cellphone number, and then asked me to give him the OTP that’s gonna come in , I explain to him I was ****** and don’t have a phone, that’s why I’m here … I asked if he could make a plan because I did a sim swap with them a day before so I do have my SIM card with me, he plain blank said no there’s nothing he can do, I need a phone bcz he needs the OTP Pin , which for me is absolutely absurd bcz I’m here to get a new phone , and I do understand there’s procedures that needs to be followed but to turn back a customer bcz of something so minor honestly puzzles me , MTN Definitely lost a customer twice today because of incopitence.
