MTN HIGHVELD MALL WITBANK

Did an upgrade to a Huawei P 30 pro, after 3 weeks problems with connecting to the internet, reported it to the *********** sales person she said she will report it. After two and a half months the loud speaker packed up, i took the device back for a waranty claim. They lost the phone. Two months now full of excuses still no phone. Paying for something that i don't have. Please help.
