MTN HIGHVELD MALL MOST UNFRIENDLY

I bought a Cell C SIm card 17/8/21 at Highveld Mall. Thabang from Cell C tried to connect me to my router but as it was linked to an MTN contract package deal, he told me to just go over to MTN to have the router unblocked. There were 3 ladies behind the counter (not one even offered a proper greeting) who were in deep conversation with each other and it was as if I was the intruder! The one who snarled at me, offering her assistance, so rudely explained that my ZTE router ONLY accepts MTN sim cards and that she doesn't know who gave me false information. She did not even bother to check my account or number. All I can say is that 'Man (woman) who cannot smile,, should not open shop'. There are plenty of people out there that can replace you!
