MTN have higher standards of poor service and poor Network. I regret myself for opening contract with them. MTN and their Insurance they are unprofessional. I have claimed for the phone damaged to be repaired. Its almost a month, Everytime when I call they say my phone is scheduled for delivery. Emoty promises

They did the same last year when I claimed for P30 lite. It took 4 months to get back to me.
