MTN high debit order deduction
Hellopeter, I am in need of you help. I took a R279 contract for my son my June 2018 but have deduction of over R400, I went to the cavendish store where I took the contract in August and were told to give 2 months for the refund as they can see the incorrect deduction, 2 weeks ago I went back as no feedback and no refund still high deduction, no feed back until today. I phoned again 10 December still waiting pls help

17 Dec 2018, 14:19Please note that we did not activate any additional booster from our side, we did query this already and were told it will be sorted, canceled and refunded. The matter is just so frustrating as we not getting sorted. I am so disappointed with Mtn as we not even using the sim so really where is this coming from. I demand this to be sorted and refunded asap and I will stop all my contracts if this is how Mtn do business

Please note that we did not activate any additional booster from our side, we did query this already and were told it will be sorted, canceled and refunded. The matter is just so frustrating as we not getting sorted. I am so disappointed with Mtn as we not even using the sim so really where is this coming from.
